Francais V Anglais.

Dazzle!

Completed late last year, the body, screen and (more importantly) the dazzling paintwork for this little, 1928 Austin trials car. Can't quite see how this type of paintwork ever worked as camouflage but it looks rather fetching on the trials scene apparently.

Type 13 Bugatti Brescia

We have recently commenced on another Bugatti Brescia restoration. A complete set of original mechanical parts are being restored, a new body created and a new crankcase fitted.

Fat Man

Only the people of 1920's France could conceive an air compressor mounted by an overweight, goggled, smoking man.

Works Motorcycle-ish. 1923 Alcyon Sportif.

This contraption recently found a home here. Thus far it has proved to be of absolutely no use at all, but just look at it! The works lad has spent many an hour toiling over the pedals trying to make the thing start but (luckily for him) the 100cc JAP engine has yet to properly realise it's full potential.
